Photo of Candra Peck, barn manager at Nature's Edge Therapy Center in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, outside in the snow with a brown horseHello, my name is Candra Peck. I am a Wisconsin native-growing up on a small family owned dairy farm just outside of Ridgeland WI. I learned many trades growing up on the farm from mechanics to animal health. I started showing horses when I was 7 years old at local shows, joining 4-H at age 8. From then on my knowledge and experience grew with 4-h and showing. I competed in everything from halter, pleasure, jumping, driving and gymkhana. I bought my first training prospect when I was 13 years old, earning grand champion with him at his first show just 6 months later.

Today, I am blessed to get to share my love for animals and horses with my children(5). They are all active in our local 4-H where they show horses and I volunteer as a chaperone and trainer. I am blessed to have the opportunity to be Nature’s Edge’s barn manager and look forward to growing with the company. I am working on becoming PATH certified and will be complete in 2021.
